The prices are excluding 7% tourist tax and excluding electricity and water. These costs are on average € 40 per week during normal use. This amount is deducted from the deposit.
Check-in time is 15:00 hrs.
Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
If you would like a late check-out, we will charge extra costs, optional if available.
The price includes :
- rent apartment
- use of the swimming pool
- use of all facilities at the park
- weekly cleaning with all linen changed
- parking on site
- private terrace
- wireless internet
For the final cleaning we will charge € 50.
Deposit
On arrival you will pay € 250 deposit. At departure, the costs of electricity and water are deducted, and you get the remainder of the deposit back.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation you owe us 15% of the rent. If you cancel within six weeks before the day of you will arrive, you owe us 100% of the rent. We advise you to take a cancellation insurance with your travel organization.
